Discription : You Are Invited To Submit Sealed Quotes To Provide The Evans County Board Of Education With New Band Instruments As Described In The Following Specifications. Items Will Be F.o.b. Claxton, Georgia, To Claxton High School. All Freight And Delivery Charges Must Be Included In The Unit Cost. The Company Or Companies Awarded The Bid Is Expected To Have Delivery Completed In A Timely Manner Once An Order Is Placed. Sixty (60) Day Delivery Is Expected After The Purchase Order Is Released To The Vendor. If You Are Unable To Meet These Criteria, Please Do Not Submit A Bid For This Rfq.
