The object of the acquisition is the translation services of the Digital and Population Information Agency (DVV) and additional services related to these. The entity to be procured consists of two separate areas: Area 1: Basic translations Basic translations are, for example, various instructions, bulletins, news, reports, brochuresa poster texts, video subtitles, form texts and user interface texts. Orders come as separate orders via e-mail or in another separately agreed way, which is specified in the contract. Section 2: Translations arriving via the interface of the Suomi.fi service database (https://palveluhallinta.suomi.fi/fi/sivut/palvelutietovaranto/esitelle) the translations of the contents come through the interface. The Suomi.fi service database (PTV) is a database in which all public actors in Finland (municipalities and agencies) produce descriptions of their services and transaction channels. Because Datawarento is large and the contents are updated once a year, is a translation service built into PTV for easier management of translations. All agencies are encouraged to translate the information of their services into Finnish, Swedish and English.
