Invitation to present an offer - designation of surveyors in the context of sale or acquisition of land in the economic activity zones of 'IDETA - Direct negotiated procedure with prior publication

Purpose of the services: Designation of surveyors in the sales frame or acquisition of land in the economic activity areas of IDETA (or properties of which IDETA ensures the management). The Adjudicatory will provide at the IDETA, on the basis of Successive orders which would be made to it during the duration of the framework agreement:  The holding plans (and the need for easements) meeting the standards of pre-frame (including among others the division / delimitation of plots), him allowing to pass a notarial act for the transfer of property: • in paper format in 10 copies signed by commissioned hold plan (in a format, on a scale and with perfectly readable annotations), including the mention of the coordinates of Boundary points in Lambert Belgian coordinates 1972 and 2008; • in DWG geo-referencing format in Lambert Belgian coordinates 1972 and 2008; • in PDF format, with mention of coordinates ...
