Tender Description : The Government of Montserrat has secured funding to build a new 24-bed National Hospital. To support construction of this new hospital, several enabling projects need to be completed. The most significant of these projects is the refurbishment and re-purposing of the Margetson Building which was previously an elder-care facility. This project must be completed before construction of the new hospital can commence. Once refurbished, the Margetson Building will be used to decant the various support services currently located on the rear half of the existing hospital compound, to allow the construction of the new hospital building. The existing hospital will need to continue to function fully, whilst the new hospital is being built on the same site. The Government of Montserrat is seeking Tenders to perform the refurbishment and re-purposing of the Margetson building. Bidders will be invited to a non-mandatory site visit during the tender period to gain a full understanding of the scope and site conditions.
