Tenders are invited for Irrigation Networks Project in Al-Ras in Tulkarm Governorate

Contractors Wishing to Participate in this Tender can Receive a Copy of the Tender Documents in Exchange for a Non-Refundable Amount of 100 Shekels for each Tender Copy, Starting from Wednesday, 03-13-2024, until Wednesday, 03-27-2024, between Nine in the Morning and One-Thirty in the Afternoon. The Headquarters of the Palestinian Hydrologists Group in Nablus - an-Najah University Street - Plaza Building - First Floor .

1. The project is tax exempt (providing zero tax bills ).

2. Advertising fees in the newspaper are borne by the successful bidder .

3. The bid opening committee is not restricted to accepting the lowest prices without giving reasons .

4. The person awarded the bid is obligated to provide a source discount certificate .

5. The Bidding Committee has the right to divide the bid according to what it deems appropriate for the benefit of the project .

6. A bank guarantee or certified bank check in the amount of 5% of the bid value must be attached (bid entry guarantee) and in the name of the Palestinian Hydrologists Group. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a bid entry guarantee.

7. The contractor must be registered with the Palestinian Contractors Union .
