Tender discription :The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) represented by the Mohamed Bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies is intending to start the process of reviewing, aligning and standardizing its internal practices and bring in the necessary changes to upgrade the effectiveness and efficiency of those processes, as a step towards getting International accreditations and alliances to be better positioned as an entity and also to relay on internationally benchmarked practices and standards, for that MBMA intends to get certified for ISO 21001:2018 & ISO 29993:2017 and is seeking expert to help to achieve the Academy goal, .Objectives: Improve our education system and learning experience, Improve our operational Management System, Stimulate Excellence and Innovation, Provide Personalized training and effective response to all learners, Bring in Best practices and internationally recognized tools and systems to manage the operation and different resources of MBMA effectively.
