Scope of work:
Conduct Re-Certification audit for Mazoon Electricity Company (MZEC).
The Bidder shall conduct Re-certification audit which shall but not limited to :
- Assess the degree of compliance with all ISO55001 elements in order to achieve certification to the standard
- Quantifiably score the degree of compliance against each ISO55001 element in order to monitor the enhancement in ISO5500 maturity level
- Provide the basis for the scoring methodology and scoring criteria
- Provide detailed and specific evidence of compliance and non-compliance against each ISO55001 element
- Provide detailed and specific recommendations of improvement work required to undertake in order to be Re-Certified
- Provide a presentation about the audit findings during the audits
- Provide a detailed report documenting the results of the audit and recommendations for improvement
