The project is a customer project of Bundesdruckerei GmbH for the further development and rollout of a SAP CRM grantor template consisting of SAP Grantor and SAP BW for a customer from the public sector. This SAP CRM grantor template is integrated into the customer's system landscapewhich consists of SAP ERP and several non-SAP systems. Another component of the template and the rollout is the development and establishment of SAP BW as the central reporting tool.
