Tenders Are Invited INVITATION TO BID EM/RGO/DAF/LSP/P/0007777Hemodialysis Machine with Electric Chair for GAZA -OPT The World Health Organization Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers in response of Gaza crises:• 15 Patient Hemodialysis electro-hydraulic chair • 15 Hemodialysis Machine, Details described in annex 118/ February/2024 ] at [23:00] hours, Cairo time.SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:• The Technical proposal must be submitted using the technical proposal sheet (Annex 1) in addition to your endorsed company technical offer with further technical specs. • Financial Offers must be submitted in the attached (Annex 2) as an excel sheet and in PDF format. • Offers are accepted in US$, EURO or any other UN convertible currency. • Offers must comply with the requirements stated in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB). All requirements should be completed as per the annexes.• If interested, you are kindly requested to register through United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) by logging-in to this site: https://www.ungm.org. After having an active account, continue following the guidance, until you express your interest to this bid. Then, you will be transferred to WHO's e-tendering system to be able to collect the bidding documents and access your tender opportunities.All offers should be submitted in UNGM website before the above-mentioned closing date and marked "Invitation to Bid: Hemodialysis Machine with Electric Chair for GAZA -OPT."IMPORTANT REMARK: • Offers must comply with the requirements.•Offers must be received and made in accordance with the instructions contained in the attached invitation to bid.• Any order resulting from this invitation shall contain WHO's General Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms or conditions detailed with the attached invitation to bid.• Items specified with certain brand as requested to be compatible with the available tools at the hospital. Supplier should have the capacity for the delivery within the mentioned period in the ITB.3. Validity period of the offer, not lessthan 6 months.4. Company profile including name of the company, its address, telephone and fax numbers, email address and details of contact person(s).5. WHO would not be liable to provide any customs / tax exemptions.6. Signed/stamped offers on company letterhead will only be acceptable.7. Technical evaluation criteria are based on pass/fail.8. Any delay in delivery can cause cancellation of the purchase order with no commitment from WHO.9. Expiration of products not less than 18 months 10.
