INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) UNIT MASS
TRANSPORT VEHICLE (RE-BIDDING)
1. The Municipality of Moises Padilla through the allocation from its Supplemental Budget (Capital Outlay), intends to apply the sum of PHP 1, 750, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Acquisition of One (1) Unit Brand New Mass Transport Vehicle (Pick-up Type) Re-bidding, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality now invites bids for the delivery of vehicle for this project located at this Municipality. Completion of works is ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
