1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of P192, 999, 861.57 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for above-named project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
