INVITATION TO BID FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS
1. The Municipality of Moises Padilla through the allocation from its Capital Outlay 300PY, intends to apply the sum of PHP 1, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Installation of Street Lights, Brgy. Crossing Magallon, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality now invites bids for the supply and delivery of materials, labor and equipment for this project located at this Municipality. Completion of works is fifty (50) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
