INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF ANIMAL BITE TREATMENT CENTER BUILDING
1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and 02/100 (₱ 1, 228, 776.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Construction of Animal Bite Treatment Center Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Southern Isabela Medical Center SIMC-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
