Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FILE COMPACTOR, SCISSOR LIFTER AND HEAVY-DUTY WAREHOUSE SHELVES



1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱ 4, 142, 400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of File Compactor, Scissor Lifter and Heavy-Duty Warehouse Shelves. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The SIMC-BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the prescribed schedule based on the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the past two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
