1. The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos and 37/100 (Php 1, 090, 368.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Repair/ Renovation of OB- GYNE Office and Conference Room. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
