The Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seventy-two Million Pesos Only (₱ 72, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Medical Equipment of Internal Medicine and Radiology.
