EARLY PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR CALENDAR YEAR JANUARY 2025 - OCTOBER 2026

1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION REGIONAL OFFICE IV-B (PRC RO IV-B), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), National Expenditures Program (NEP) of 2025, and Multi-Year Contractual Authority No. MYCA-BMB-B-23-0000054, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and Two Centavos (Php3, 552, 255.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for multi-year contract to payments for the Early Procurement of Janitorial Services for Calendar Year January 2025 - October 2026 / ITB No. 2025 - 04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The award of the contract is subject to the effectivity of GAA for FY 2025.
