1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - National Capital Region through the Authorized CY 2024 Current Appropriation Fund intends to apply the sum of SIxTEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (Php16, 499, 775.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the Contract for each Lot with the following breakdown as follows;
