The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the II- Disaster Preparedness 2.6 Straightening of LDRRM Office Capacities for Preparedness & Response 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP20, 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2025-01-005 PROCUREMENT OF HORN SPEAKER WITH AMPLEFIER, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
