PROCUREMENT OF TOKEN (LOYALTY RINGS) FOR RECOGNITION AND AWARDING OF LOYALTY AWARDEES

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office VI, through the Centrally Managed Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱1, 940, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Token (Loyalty Rings) for Recognition and Awarding of Loyalty Awardees under ITB NO. GOP-25-DSWD-2025-03-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office VI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
