The BLGU-MASOC, through the 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND 2023) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE LAYING OF HDPE WATER PIPELINES & FITTINGS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
