The goal of this RFPQ is to create a pool of recruitment agencies (Proponents) from which the Bow Valley College Information Technology Services (ITS) Department and Project Management Office can quickly and easily acquire the relevant skilled personnel to support initiatives across the entire spectrum of its technology hardware and software products and future projects. Bow Valley College may select up to 4 (four) suppliers to provide resources for each of the following categories:1. Professional Services (Project Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Quality Assurance and Organizational Change Management)2. IT Networking, Infrastructure, Audio/Visual, Service Desk and Desktop Support3. Software Development and Cloud Administration4. Applications SupportThis is a non-exclusive opportunity as Bow Valley College will contract with more than one Proponent for the provision of services. The proposed length of the contract will be for five (5) years.
