Description: We are looking for an ITSM tool as well as a tool implementation partner, which supports and forwards the ITSM project of the USZ in the further development of the IT Service Management System and the introduction of a forward-looking service management tool in the role of a sub-project leader.
Through the contracting party, the planning and advice of the USZ should take place in the case of expansion measures of the tool. The contract starts after the legal force of the surcharge in the submission. The framework agreement is to have a minimum term of 5 years during which project-specific benefits can be retrieved (but without obligation on the part of the USZ), with the two-time option for extension by 1 year each. The partner should also meet in addition to priced attractive offers, in particular with its efficiency, the special security need for use of the USZ.
