Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Ventiv Technology Inc. (“Ventiv”) for the provision of Claims Enterprise software maintenance and support services.
The renewal of the services is required in order to ensure the business continuity and keep the existing Claims Enterprise software functioning properly.
Term: 1 Year + two additional 1 + 1 options to extend single year terms.
Value: The contract is valued at approximately $42, 616.92 USD for the 1-year term, which includes annual software maintenance and support.
