Description
The Contractor is responsible for the maintenance services of opening and closing the three pools on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The opening of the pool will take place during the spring to summer months (April through August) and the closing of the pool will take place during the fall to winter months (September through March). The opening and closing maintenance tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: power washing, acid washing, rinsing, stain removing, sanitizing, oxidizing, brushing, scrubbing, bleaching, patching plaster, chemical balancing, draining and reassembling system equipment. Amendment 0001 - Changes1. All questions are due on or before 4:00 PM ET, 15 March 24 Answers will be posted to SAM.gov not later than 18 March 242. Offers are due on or before 4:00 PM ET, 20 March 24. Offers shall be valid for a period no less than 90 days. Please request read receipt on all submitted quotes.3. A site visit will be held on March 15th, 2024, at 10:00 am at Joint Base Anacostia - Bolling. The meeting location will be at 50 Theisen St, Washington, DC 20032. If you plan on attending, please contact SSgt Christian Barnett and/or Mr. James Carnes by March 14th, 2024, at 1600.
