Tenders are invited for k8-Kfactor Waste Water Treatment Plants Rehabilitation and Upgrading Programme (Phase 1) - Design-Build (and Operate) Works for the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of 3 Nwc Wwtps Located in the Parish of St. Catherine
Description of Service: The Works Comprise the Design-Build (and Operate) Works for the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of 3 Nwc Wwtps Located in Parish of St. Catherine (Namely: Claremont, Nightingale and Old Harbour Villas Wwtps) as Per the Work Requirements Inclusive of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Works as Stated in Contract Specifications and Conditions.
Availability of Bid Document and Bid Submission: This is an online tender where
tender documents, clarifications and bids will only be made available and accepted via the
Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement Portal-GOJEP (www.gojep.gov.jm).
No offline (hard copies) will be accepted and there will be no physical tender drop-off of tender
documents.
• Tender documents can be downloaded as of Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
• Clarification period-no later than 7 working days (Monday, August 21, 2023) before the
bid submission deadline.
Submission Deadline: Tenders must be submitted by via the GOJEP no later than
Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
Late bids will be automatically rejected by the system.
The original Bid Security MUST be submitted in hard copy to the Tender Box at the National
Water Commission (NWC) delivered by Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the
