Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a need to develop Master Planning documents and a road map, as part of the strategic planning, for the future investments for Eureka Weather Station Facility. ECCC seeks to engage a consultant to develop a comprehensive Facility Master Plan. The master plan will guide the ECCC future development, optimize the use of existing spaces, and ensure that infrastructure aligns with strategic goals and growth forecasts. The objective of this work is to create a detailed Facility Master Plan that outlines the ECCC short-term and long-term infrastructure and facility needs. This plan should include space utilization, future expansions, and modernization strategies, ensuring sustainability, efficiency, and alignment with the ECCC mission and vision.
