Description: The task includes advice and assistance relating to architectural, landscaping and engineering (total consultancy) in connection with Kastels Road 60, where an 8 group's integrated day care institution must be designed in a part of a protected property. The area for the new day care center is 1740 m².
In connection with the conversion, no external changes are made. However, in order to achieve level entrance to new main entrance in the intermediate building, an "access Ø" is established with staircase and lift. In relation to the device, the original room is based on and it will only be possible to make some wall breaks, in relation to the applicable conservation. Likewise, new outdoors must be established. The outdoor areas are not covered by conservation. There is a permit for the construction workers from Slots & Coal-Tourism D.21.Maj 2021 and there will be Posted Regulatory Primo February 2022.
