Gladsaxe Municipality wants to build a new integrated children's home for six groups of children as a replacement for the Bakkely Children's Home. The new orphanage will accommodate 102 children divided between 36 nursery children and 66 kindergarten children.
KB313 - New Bakkely, 6 group orphanage - Total advice
The future institutional areae will include land registers 5ab, 5v, 5ae and 50 with parking spaces established on the adjacent road extension.
In this connection, the property Bagsvaerd Hovedgade 177 will be preserved and must be connected to the new orphanage; while the other two villas and the current institution will be demolished; the latter, however, firstt after commissioning of Nyt Bakkely. After demolition, outdoor areas incl. playground is completed. Thus, Ny Bakkely is expected to amount to approx. 1, 150 m2 in total.
New Bakkely is designed as an attractive day care facility on one level, which relates to the surrounding villa structure, Bagsvaerd Church, conservation af as many trees as possible as well as shielding against traffic noise.
New Bakkely will be built as a Swan-labelled building, just as material circulation from the two villas that will be demolished will be included.
The total consultancy service includes planning, tendering of the task, project follow-up, professional supervision, construction management and work environment coordinationering. Gladsaxe Municipality intends to enter into an agreement with a total consultant comprising architect, engineering and landscape architect skills.
