Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), in partnership with the City of Toronto, is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants to undertake a structural assessment of approximately 1, 960m of dockwall that lines the Keating Channel in downtown Toronto where the Don River discharges into Lake Ontario. The project requires a dockwall condition and structural stability assessment, engineering support during dredging operations, dockwall monitoring and instrumentation, and the development of risk analysis and emergency preparedness plans. Results of the project will be used to help guide dredging activities in the Keating Channel.
