The objective of this procurement is to sign a procurement contract with a tenderer for the provision of enhanced know your customer (KYC, AML, PEP) and sanctions screening (hereinafter also 'the solution'). The objective is to find a service that actively reacts to changes in legislation and other external changes without unnecessary delay. The solution will be used in particular for finding, searching and comparing information of companies as well as other entities from globally available sources to the widest extent possible. The data should be updated on a regular basis and sourced from a wide range of global sources such as national business registers. As an optional service, the solution can also enable ESG Due Diligence and Adverse Media Screening. The procurement authority for the external data service is Innovation Funding Agency Business Finland (Business Finland Agency), and the users of the service are employed by the Business Finland Agency. Business Finland Agency requires a non-exclusive license to internally redistribute, use, and share the data orally, in writing, or by electronic means as necessary between the separate entities of the Business Finland organization; Innovation Funding Agency Business Finland, Business Finland Oy, Business Finland Venture Capital Oy, USA Inc.
