THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The purpose of the Solicitation is to contract with a responder(s) to provide environmental isotope geochemistry analysis for DNR, MPCA and MDA, contract release number L-368(5).
