The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing. Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. 2. The Ministry of Health (MoH) Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing (GMS-HSP-AF) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Lab Equipment (“the Goods”). Bidders may bid for one or more lots, as further defined in the Bidding Document.
Bidder has satisfactorily completed at least two (2) contracts for supply of similar goods within the last three (3) years, each contract valued at minimum amount as below, with nature and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply). Lot 1 - USD 1, 117, 000 Lot 2 - USD 530, 000 Lot 3 - USD 543, 000 Lot 4 - USD 788, 000 Lot 5 - USD 961, 000 Note: Similarity in nature and complexity should be in terms of supply of Lab Equipment (for higher level technical institutions and scientific laboratories for hospitals, educational institutions, research institutions, industrial institutions, etc.). • Bidder has a Minimum Average Annual Turnover of (as below), calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years (2019, 2020 and 2021).
