Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MAT-I SOLAR POWERED IRRIGATION SYSTEM (SPIS)
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the Organic
Agriculture (OA) Program - GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred
Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱ 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Establishment
of Mat-I Solar Powered Irrigation System (SPIS), Brgy. Mat-I, Surigao City under
PR No. G31-2024-06-063. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for the
above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by the Thirty (30)
days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of
an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
