Description : This project refers to the renovation/rehabilitation of DTC Palawan of DICT- Palawan Provincial Office in the Province of Palawan.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the repair and renovation is Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2, 000, 000.00) including 12% VAT and payment for by the CONTRACTOR.
The procurement shall be undertaken through Competitive Bidding modality pursuant to the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (“IRR”) of Republic Act (“RA”) No. 9184, or the Government Procurement Reform Act.
The Implementation of Infrastructure Project must be completed within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
