Terms and Conditions

1. The contractor must provide labor and tools for the job called for.

2. The contractor must follow the plans and specifications for the repair of raft.

3. That the job must be finished within 15 days.

4. That the contractor can claim 100% of the contract price after 100% accomplishment as certified by the NFRDI authorized inspector.

5. That the office reserves the right to reduce the contract price if the job is found to be unsatisfactorily.
