Tenders are invited for Labor Consultant - Unitel Privatization.

The International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) has been mandated by Unitel S.A. (“Unitel”) to act as lead transaction advisor in its partial re-privatization through the sale of the shares held by one or more of Unitel-s shareholders on the Angola Securities and Debt Stock Exchange (“BODIVA”) and/ or by any other suitable mechanism in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Angola (the “Project”). IFC seeks to hire a Labor Consultant to support IFC with the analysis on Labor related matters for the sell-side due diligence and transaction implementation, including (i) conducting due diligence on Labor related issues; and (ii) preparation of recommendations and mitigation measures to manage identified risks in line with national legislation and IFC Performance Standards.
