The Barangay Government of Teresita, Piῆan, Zamboanga del Norte through the BAC-Secretariat invites duly licensed and accredited suppliers to bid for the articles/services listed below subject to the terms and conditions stated at the back of this form. Please submit your accomplished bid form in a sealed envelope together with the required BID SECURITY in a form of CASH (One percent (1%) payable to the Office of the BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE SECRETARIAT; or BANK GUARANTEE (One and a half percent (1 ½%); or Surety BOND (Two and a half percent (2 ½%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to be bid.
All Bids received on or before ¬¬¬¬¬ 9:00 A.M. on MARCH 12, 2025 shall be opened in the presence of all the members of the Bids and Awards Committee.
