Description: The purpose of these bidding rules is to acquire the supply of Kits and Tests for the Clinical Laboratory Unit of the Penalolen Cordillera Oriente Health Reference Center, in accordance with the indicatedin the Technical Bases, for a period of Twenty-Four 24 months. To comply with the above, participants are required to ensure and certify that the products offered are prepared, packaged and handled in accordance with the existing technical standards for each of them, with thequality standards and in sufficient quantity to supply the CRSCO requirements, and thus comply with the healthcare purpose of the establishment. The contract to which this tender will give rise will be a supply contract, understood as one by which the supplierobliges to comply with continuous or periodic supply services to the CRSCO in the agreed time, quantity, quality and place, according to the requirements of the CRSCO, in accordance with the administrative and technical bases and their annexes.
