The offered goods must meet the minimum technical requirements of the contracting authority for the goods, which are in the annex to this assignment. The goods will be delivered in accordance with the terms of the statutesthose in the contractual model of the Purchase Agreement. Each offer must contain a completed and signed draft contract and a description of the offered goods (manufacturer, type, etc.) including a picture. The contracting authority reserves the right to formally change the contract before signing.
