EllisDon is requesting bids for Tender Package 3 of the New Lac La Biche Aquatic Facility project.The project encompasses the addition of an aquatics facility to the existing BOLD Centre Recreational Facility. This tender package includes scopes as described in the TP3 Tender Documents.Please send bids and questions to Edmonton Estimating at: edmontonestimating@ellisdon.comPlease also note the following: Design Assist Trades are to consider this package as information in respect of existing Design Assist Agreements. "Trade for Pricing Updates" are to provide pricing updating their scope from previous packages as applicable.Disclaimers and Information: Subcontractor to assume responsibility for all labour, materials for specific scope of work All quotations shall be valid for the duration of the Bid Validity period as noted in the Bid Documents Lowest tender not necessarily accepted Successful bidders will be required to sign EllisDon's Standard Form of Subcontractor Agreement All Bidders must apply and meet EllisDon's Subguard criteria on all contracts over $250, 000. EllisDon is using Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) on this Project. This is an insurance product that replaces Subcontractor bonding.
