The NHT requires a qualified commissioned land surveyor to provide topographical surveying services for 40.49 hectares (100.06 acres) of lands located at the Holland Estate Housing Development St. Elizabeth.
The scope of services includes:
• conducting topographical surveys and preparing a plan to show detaMs and contours at 200mm vertical intervals using ground survey methodology.
• establishing survey controls referenced to JAO 2001 and MSL datum
• preparing statutory documents to declare the project under the Housing Act
