Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites Commissioned Land Surveyors to submit proposals to complete topographical surveys for 101.43 hectares (250 acres) of land located at Bromley, St. Ann.
LOCATION:
The site is situated on lands which is approximately 13 km from Ocho Rios, along the main road to Moneague.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The successful land surveyor will be required to prepare a topographical plan showing details (including location details) and contours at 1 metre vertical intervals using ground survey methodology.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
? Evidence of tax compliance.
? A copy of a valid Land Surveyor`s Act Practising Certificate.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ`s e-procurement website at e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.
RETURN OF TENDERS
Bid must be submitted online on or before Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 10:00 am; opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following bid submission deadline.
NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.
