The World Bank (WB) is supporting the Government of Lao PDR in implementation reforms in public financial management. This technical assistance is funded by Australias Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). A key aspect of the reform agenda is improving the performance of State- Owned Enterprises (SOEs). The Bank is looking for consultancy services to conduct an assessment for the Lao SOEs sector using the WBs integrated SOE Framework (iSOEF) and provide recommendations for improvements to the requisite authorities.
