The welfare area of Lapland is asking for bids as described in this call for tenders and its appendices for the provision of food and meal services and home meal services to the welfare area's Enontekioe locations.
Workplaces are housing service unit Luppokoti, activity center Hyrylae and home careservices and their customers.
The procurement includes the planning of meals and menus in accordance with food and nutrition recommendations, the preparation of food and meals, and delivery to locations to meet their daily, year-round needs. At Luppokot, lunch meals are prepared and the dailylunch meals for every day of the year, lunch meals for weekdays from Monday to Friday for customers of the Hyrylae operation center, and lunch meals and dinner meals for the customers of home care services based on customer orders for every day of the year.
The food subject to procurementcatering and catering services and the delivery service and the requirements set for them, procurement quantity estimates, requirements regarding delivery and transport, and other essential aspects in terms of the implementation of the contract to be concluded are expressed in more detail in this request for tender and its appendices.
Contract periodis 12 months long and includes the option of one (1) twelve (12) month option contract period.
