1. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the 2024 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos Only (Php232, 328.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LCWD-2024-047 Gate Valves and Air Valves (Re-Bid) (Supply and delivery of 1 lot - 4” D.I. Gate Valve M/F and 1” Air Release Valve, combination). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The payment terms shall be within thirty (30) calendar days from date of complete delivery and acceptance.
