Tenders are invited for Learning Management System for the EUROCONTROL Aviation Learning Centre


The EUROCONTROL Aviation Learning Centre (ALC) is
located in Luxembourg and is responsible for the
development and delivery of training to external organisation.
The EUROCONTROL Aviation Learning Centre is also
involved in supporting the other EUROCONTROL units in
charge of internal training by providing them a Learning
Platform (branded as Learning Zone).
The EUROCONTROL Learning Platform is used by Students,
Instructors, Staff, External Organisation and
EUROCONTROL Administrator to organise, deliver and
evaluate training. The Learning Platform is expected to
support formal activities (e.g., e-learning, classroom, virtual,
workshops), informal activities (e.g., documents, videos,
forums) as well as blended approach.
This contract aims at the provision of a Learning Management
System (LMS) as the basis for the Learning Zone Platform
