Description : 1 UNIT - LEASE RENTAL OF OFFICE BUILDING/S OR SPACE FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2025:

Specifications:

- The building should accommodate 250 office personnel and 100 to 150 clients daily;

-The lessee needs at least 42 rooms to be used as office spaces, conference room/s or meeting areas, holding areas, storage /stock rooms, or the like;

-The majority of available rooms must have an area of at least 50 sq. meters

-The rooms must be well-ventilated;

-Sufficient numbers of comfort rooms of at least 10 units or more (sex segregated with uninterrupted water supply);

-The building/office space should have an available parking spaces more or less 15 to 17 light vehicles;

-The building/office should have a perimeter fence to secure the properties of the lessee;

-With an available space for large gatherings for employees or clients (Spacious quadrangle for flag raising ceremony and/or programs);
