Description : I. BACKGROUND
The DOT-OIMD shall conduct a 4-day learning course and 1-day Refresher Course entitled “Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Train-the-Trainers Course for In-house Trainers - Tourism Enterprise Level” for the human resource/training managers or supervisors of the Region-s accommodation establishments.
The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) is one of the Department of Tourism's main advocacy programs. It aims to promote the best and positive aspects of Filipino hospitality. The FBSE is envisioned to enhance and uplift the quality of tourism services in the country, making excellence in service a holistic national identity.
This training also aims to instill and propagate the FBSE among tourism frontliners in the accommodation sector, as well as to demonstrate and apply the Mabuhay and Salamat gestures within the establishment-s premises so as to create a favorable service experience to their guest/s.
