HBH through this RFP intends to initiate a tender between local vehicles leasing companies who have a business focus on leasing luxury vehicles for VIPs, business leaders, exhibitions and conferences etc., in addition to taking responsibility of the registration, insurance, maintenance, fixing and branding of those vehicles throughout a contract term of five 5 years through a single supplier of specified brands with options to increasing the quantity of the vehicles if required. The RFP seeks to optimize the value-for-money of the services acquired through having a sustainable, reliable, punctual, efficient, high quality vehicle leasing and maintaining service. Mandatory Requirement: Bidder shall be the authorized agent of Audi, Mercedes, or BMW. Adhere to the specifications mentioned in Appendix 5.
